Don't take long to post another video. We are having too much break for another exciting session
Finally, we got a new episode.
editing is spot on.
Bracing or gusseting that driver's side tower will be crucial. Great job as always!
I was thinking that too
and making a crossmember to hold both
Yes absolutely going to gusset and add a cross brace once I have everything in place
@@austinniemela Suggest a plate could be bolted inboard of the steering shaft once its installed. It looks like there will be clearance for it. That way you will get back most of the strength you have lost and so both towers will support each other rather than just the passenger one supporting the driver tower.
As every one says AWESOME videos showing your skills and the BASIC things you do that others don't show and make it look like they can just immediately cut metal and its perfect every time. Mock up in cardboard to be 90+% right the do it in metal and NOT be afraid to say no its not good enough and do it again (rarely happens though)
Currently rewatching all of your bhw swap vids! Just pulled the bhw out of my parts car to install in my 92 pickup
Excellent work, and unfair the subscribers less than 100M!! Hope see this in a few months! Good luck
Thank you!!!
Awesome work 👌 you defo deserve more subs than you have. Your skills are insane 😎
Thank you so much 😀
I love those older TLCs… you do awesome work!
Nice work 👍❤️
Dude that thing is looking like a beast can't wait for the next video
Thanks man! I’m trying to bust the videos out as fast as I can!!
looks insane bro, things coming together nicely
Appreciate it!
One of the best to ever do it, would love to see you build a 90 series prado
Damn that thing is becoming a beast
Your tacks are stronger than my welds 😂 strong work!
Your an artist.
Great job on the episode. I'll be waiting for an episode with you and dirthead Dave (or someone similar)wheeling when this thing is done
Sick! This is the best build so far!
Excellent content, thanks for showing us this stuff.
I'm ready to see this frame get powder coated!
Does anyone remember him saying that he was not going to do anything crazy with this build? 🤔 😊
Bro, I been watching you since you had less than 50K subscribers. You have a lot more now, but to me you should have a mil + with your skills/videos. I hope your channel keeps growing, good job!
Austin, I just found your channel recently. Awesome, Awesome work on this FJ. Dude your fabrication skills are fantastic. Good job brother, keep up the awesome work 👏
Hey thank you and welcome to the channel!!
Great work man , i can really learn alot from you .
As usual impeccable work, greetings from Italy 🙋♂
Awesome content as always dude 🤘😎
Nice work as usual. No concern on that cutout for the steering shaft buckling under pressure? Seems it takes a lot of structure out
Good video,
Are you going to make hood struts for the 40?,
Interested
I may look into this!
This thing is going to be SEMA worthy
Where can I get a set of coilovers made?
No off the shelf for my car. Need to be made to order.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
I been having my plasma table for 4-5 months and never used it going from fusion to fire control is just so hard for my brain
i have an fj40 as well an im lookin to make the ride more smooth an soft... does this conversion do dis?
Rise the fender 3-4 inch it will look cooler
New welder?😎😎😎
Did you sell big red?
This is looking amazing Austin. As usual. I don’t remember what you said about the engine when you got it. Why didn’t you run a Toyota V8 again? Was it just parts availability and ease of installation? I’m only asking because I absolutely love my 5.7 Tundra and it’s a sweet engine. Keep up the great work and awesome videos! Thanks!
По красоте сделал
I know you said you’re tired of suspension work, but you are doing phenomenal. It’s looking great. On another note are you planning on painting or raptor lining this rig? Can’t wait for the video I generally watch them the day they drop.
Thank you!! This one is getting raptor I think
woulda been cool for you and this project to be featured in the on x off road build challenge.
😎 let's go!🗣️
I was thinking to myself, I hope he doesn't leave those towers plan with no design and then you read my mind lol great work Austin 👍🏼
Great video as always Austin !
Your metal working and welding skills are unreal.
I always look forward to the next video.
Keep them coming.
Thank you!
Have a question what computer do you do your designs on
What gauge steel did you build the shock towers out of?
I used 1/4” plate
Thought your build on the landcruiser was going to be a nice, restoration with a touch of improvement. lol, was I wrong!! It's an awesome, massive build and will be one of the best builds on this platform! Good job Austin and look foward to the day you back it out of the shop for the first time!!
What 2D design program is that?
wud dis hinder the body ?
