I have made it today and it turned out exactly same as kutchi dabeli.As a kid i grew up at bhuj and now settled in Australia and i always been missing that authentic kutchi taste in dabeli.. Before making it i had been through so much recipees on youtube but no one can justified the real taste.Today after following this recipe this turned out so so good my husband loved it .Besides his compliments I just revived all those beautiful memories and taste of kutchi dabeli as a kid i grew up there and had it..Thank you so very much chef for this authentic recipe..Lots of love..

Dabeli is original from Mandvi Cutch Gujrat wherei grew up and I know before became dabeli we used to buy potatoshabji and was so delicious and was for vrat Finally this was made and this is I am talking about 65 years ago. Now it has all different recipes. Will make today.

Dabeli is original from Mandvi Cutch Gujrat wherei grew up and I know before became dabeli we used to buy potatoshabji and was so delicious and was for vrat Finally this was made and this is I am talking about 65 years ago. Now it has all different recipes. Will make today.
