First thing my neurologist told me when I walked into my first appointment, she called me a member of the snowflake club. I started to laugh then she went on to tell me that not one of us are alike. She was so right !
Rush is from my country and about an hour away from my city, good reference there 😊
Keep up your channel and videos, you are helping a lot of people !

@NeuroNerdyX Yes, I live in Niagara Falls and Rush was formed in Toronto. I grew up listening to their music. I'm fiercely proud of them, I just wish Neil was still with us 🙏🏻

This video is great! So friggin relatable on the struggle of getting diagnosed.
My MS doctor ended my diagnosis conversation with, "You must be relieved." No, not really doc, I really didn't want to be right - I just knew it was more than "just anxiety".

I'm happy to hear that you finally got it nailed down. It's hard not to be bitter about the gaslighting. Thanks commenting!

Just stumbled on you- I stumble on a lot of things with MS almost 20 years ;-0 but this I didn't swear at! You said bladder is an issue- it was for me as well and then during a tooth cleaning/exam I pointed out a tooth that just "felt weird" so even though the xray looked ok she took a CT scan. There was an abscess so I agreed to have it pulled and do an implant. Within a day of the pull my bladder issues were resolved! I thought it might be the antibiotics I was given but they were only for a week and this had been going on over a year! Even months later the issues are still resolved! Yay! so it was a pseudo relapse caused by this infection! any issue like this consider all the parts of your body that could have an issue...I also have a spinal lesion in the C4/5 area and I think it causes the most issues

Thanks for the comment! That is super interesting because I do have a problematic tooth that I am going to have removed in the next few weeks. It has an internal cavity called "Absorption". According to the info I got from a few docs, they see these issues with folks that have auto-immune diseases. Thank you so much for sharing!

I got two Opinions because I hate the suspense...Have you asked Ai for solutions? I have and got nothing I'm not an engineer like you but just trying everything. I'm on Ocrevus and I can still walk. I'm glad I watched this video. Thanks.

Great to hear that you are still mobile! Ai is interesting, sometimes it has good information, other times, it's way off the mark. You gave me an idea for a new video about Ai answers to common MS issues. Thanks for the comment! Much appreciated!

@VerbalOnLife AI is as smart or as dumb as the information it has been taught or has found. I wish we were to the point of it curing diseases, etc, but I believe that to be waaay in the future.
As for MS, each individual is unique for their treatments, both for dmt and their unique symptoms. First step in everything is cleaning up your diet and exercising. I believe in dmt's and would start one asap, but before you are in top health, I would not start trying to fix symptoms with other drugs. Once you start throwing a bunch of drugs at symptoms, it's hard to tell what is what anymore. It starts becoming an uphill battle.

I went on a bender and didn't trust most treatment for years. Especially when years ago I was told that if I had a stem cell transplant for the myeloma side that I would have had a poor survival outcome. I hope your treatment is working well for you.

@@timlittle1286 so far so good, but I hear you about the bender. I took a while off and felt great but the MS was definitely progressing. The fatigue from the DMT is a beast for me. Thanks for taking the time to share, I truly appreciate it.
