It's so slicey and cool. Thanks.
The color purple in that aluminum with the backwash blade makes you forget it is a cleaver used to cut meat. It appeared to be sharper than the brat moving smoothly thru the cardboard. I also have a mini sheepdog which is a good fidgeter and cutter.
