@@stefthorman8548 yeah and that's fucking terrible. Just because most do it doesn't mean that others should. Stop it with the bandwagon fallacy. Also Napoleon is worse than those rulers you say becuase he doesn't know when to stop. He kept mobilizing French people and kept sending them to their deaths which amounted to more than a million French casualties all because he doesn't know when to surrender. Yeah because Napoleon is a bully. He kept breaking treaties and promises like the ones in Tilsit, invading Swedish Pomerania without warning, and overthrew the Spanish royal family because of his greed. He also forced his satellite states to give him a ridiculous war reparations. Knowing all this, is it really any wonder that Napoleon is a bully? If you were confronted with a bully, do you just bend backwards and do as they say or fight and do something?
Would love to find and read a true and incisive study/book on Napoleon that isnt 1300 words and available in print (that isnt $1000+) Anyone help me? He has been so fictionalised that it is near impossible to find anything that is true - or at least close to it.
Glad to get this notification. Thanks for bringing this to us.
You're welcome. And thank you
