FIX Pixelated Effects In Illustrator ((SOLVED)) Perfect Gaussian Blur Effect

- Have you ever experienced pixelated and poor renders with Illustrator effects? Maybe you want to add a gaussian blur, and it ends up looking pixelated and terrible. Well, todays I have a quick trick to turn those pixelated effects, into smooth and visually appealing Illustrator renders. Tune in and find out how, in todays Illustrator tutorial.
I have experienced this many times with Illustrator effects, specially the gaussian blur effect and drop shadows. It often happens when you make such effects on CMYK documents, rather than RGB. However, I have a great and easy method to work around this, and make sure that your effects look awesome each and every time, even on CMYK documents. After the tutorial, you will be able to design something using gaussian blurs and other effects, without pixilation or any poor renders.

Also you can use the feather tool in Illustrator instead of a blur. Find it under Effect>Stylize>Feather

If anyone's having trouble even after changing the settings, try resizing the object. It never works the first time for me for some reason. So I make the object smaller and then bigger again. It works well after that.

@@SatoriGraphicsI'd really appreciate if you could help me with this: Most of the time I try turning a vector into a textured raster using Photoshop effects in Illustrator, I've been getting an annoying white pixelated stroke around the edges of the shape with no way get rid of them. Thank you!!

I fixed this problem with borders but I'm searching how to increase pixels, blur is showing very bad quality pixels even if there is just 7 or less
amazing thank you! does the rasterized effect pixelated or not affect print though or it's just for the preview in illustrator purposes
If you are using a decent printer it should print out just fine. Always a good idea to do a test print 👍

Try expanding them.. The thing is, you cannot blend them because they are now a raster graphic. I haven't tried to blend blurred objects, so not sure if that is the reason. try feathering the circle instead of a gaussian blur

I'm currently in a program for graphic design and am working on a logo. I would like to add a drop shadow to my design, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of creating a vector image? Seeing as how it is a rasterized effect and is in fact pixelated. It makes a big difference visual. The idea is that I am creating a logo for a fictional client, and they should be able to reproduce my Image in a variety of sizes. If my image is pixelated in some areas, its useless no? Not sure if you are still active on here, but a quick response would help a lot! Thank you!

I have never used coral draw, so I cannot really answer that. But I would assume that you need to find the font files on your computer, to make sure you have them, and install them onto your font book
