Getting rid of unwanted energy: salt baths

A household remedy to getting rid of unwanted energy is to use spiritual bath, the basic being salt baths...of course you can always step it up by adding the herbs of your choices.

I have a salt bath i made on the 5th of January this year. Its Himalayan Pink Salt, mugwort, chamomile and i think I added Yarrow Leaf and Flower also. I mixed it all together and placed an amethyst in the jar to keep its energies. I better hurry up and use more of it because i see my daughter loves it too. lol. Good video.

Wanda. I know hands washing with herds when back from funerals. But shoes wash no. Maybe fear of infections ? And why not ask your husband ? More simple 😊

Okay, I’m from the Caribbean... it is said that the dirt from the cemetery can lead spirits back to your home so it is important to wash off all traces of cemetery dirt off the shoes before taking them in the house, that is if your going to the cemetery. If it’s just the church or funeral home I don’t think it applies.

Sun Kisses, Of course you can! This is not rocket science. You can also use sea salt. You might find it more refreshing since it's stronger but I find regular basic salt is strong enough
I have a pretty deep tub so I fill it not even half way and put three big fistfuls of salt and soak for maybe 10 or 15 minutes.
