Hi Mick thanks mate 👍It was a mental time waiting ages for a death certificate and looking for/buying a house too. Saw one in an area that i wanted to move to it was just on the market for one hour so i was first to view it and made a serious offer there and then. I paid about £10k more than i should have but i was 5 weeks away from living under a bridge lol! Honestly it was that bad mate in fact i moved in on the friday and had to hand in the keys to the council office on the following monday morning! Buying a house in Scotland is a long drawn out process i had the money in my bank to buy the house outright but i had to prove how, where and why i had that amount in case i was some mad Glasgow drug dealer or some dodgy money launderer i couldnt believe it honestly! Thank goodness we were a single parent family i could never ever go through that again it would end me if im honest LOL! Once took my Mountain Bike over the road looking for Corse Hill trig point and got completely lost went back home in the huff as i got sunburnt to hell too and if that wasnt bad enough i checked Google Maps when i got home and i was literaly 30-40 yards away from it and i totaly missed it ha ha!! Like you ive known they hills for years even way before they built the windfarm and spoilt them. They are well worth a wee overnighter i have seen some great sunsets and you get a great view of the Greater Glasgow area at night with all the lights etc Thanks once again big man, peter :))))

Condolences Peter my mother went very very unexpectedly last year so i know what you going through. Glad you got house sorted. I was wondering what you were up too TBH iknew you were helping your dad and had a few injuries to recover from. Hopefully you get back on regular hills now. The isle looks really close through that perspective nice device man.
Very close from there you can see Ailsa Craig and way over to Fife as well.

At the 8.12 mark you hear a bird anyone recognise it i can't think what it was ?
Pretty sure it was a wee ptarmigan. I scared one or two on the way to the hill top.
