Hello mate, nice mod ! waht if i change the ratio on my t300 a bit slower from 16 teeth to 15... for more torque.... will the firmware for the wheel still work ? will the FFB effects be wrong becouse of the changed gear ratio ? how does the software react to the gearing change is my question ?
Get a 3d printer, and redesign the gears. I don't have the files anymore, and it still has issues calibrating every time, and will break itself if you don't do it right.

You HAVE to remove the screw inside that acts as a rotation stop, or else the wheel cannot calibrate. Slips onto the smaller gear, replaces the larger hear. Will require a front casing cut for clearance. I recommend lowering the rotation to about 200 degrees.
