Gotta love how, after the universe got bonked by the Horizon Needle, the remaining CPU of the Swolfin Protectors is named No regerts. x'D
It's kinda similary to the fallen empire materialist in gigastructure where, if you are lucky/unlucky, the ruler decide to leave the galaxy
Needless to say, if you don't stop him, he will leave a galaxy in turmoil
There is even a cool combo with the new megacorporate civic. It gives you pop growth and trade value per merchant. And one of the fallen empire buildings can employ up to 6 merchants.
Or you can make a world ring and have four trade ring
Get of my lawn! The new play style
Perfect
The necrons agree
Notice it says "Retain Scholarium Vassel" with a small clock next to the resource icon. You gain that amount yearly for each Scholarium you have. It also says this in the description.
Just finished my own cosmogenesis playthrough. Couple things I'd do different, if I did it again.
Stay tall as possible.
Spin off remote sectors as scholariums.
Build extradimensional resource storage buildings to create a massive resource stockpile (breaking all the suns in the galaxy gets peeps PISSED and your economy will be WRECKED. Throw on Nutritional Plentitude and spread around the luxury goods to ride it out in comfort).
Sponsor an Artisan Troop for additional happiness and influence.
Once the horizon needle is constructed shut down all resource labs and move all remaining pops off the Synaptic Lathe..
Build Deep Space Black Sites.
Activate the Inner Stability agenda when researching Applied any Infinity Thesis (and breaking reality).
Build as many Fallen Empire buildings as possible in your core sector to prevent resource shortfalls when spinning off sectors before you nope-out of the galaxy.
Set up sectors so that the capital sector is as small as possible.
When the Horizon Needle is complete, spin ALL sectors off as tributaries to avoid having to load all your colonies onto the Horizon Needle.
You should do a challenge where you don't play rougue servitors.
It would be cool if u picked the civ u left behind and play thru as that. I wonder what they mean by time was different. Do they have all techs now?
i dont understand, do you play AS YOUR FALLEN empire or your empire becames fallen and you restart with another empire?
Your empire becomes fallen empire and you choose another empire to play as
@@Shadow0fIntent oh i wish it was the other way around i mean playin as a fallen and awakeing if there is another crisis
@@Gabriel902884I believe you can play as your fallen empire remnant but you basically can’t do anything unless you REALLY rushed it and did this before the endgame crisis comes in
@@damonedrington3453fallen empires have wargoals reguarding lessers who would challenge them though? not sure if its just the Sicon start that affected ai to challenge FEs but the FE can declare wars for certain things which is what makes FEs interesting to play as as if your not a warmonger your really just afk improving the economy which is something i can do just fine as a op FE
@@youraverageuser7039 unless you’re playing against other players, you wouldn’t be able to use that because the AI just doesn’t fuck with fallen empires 99.99% of the time, unless you purposely delete you fleets but that presents its own risk
I have a qwestion how WE can Play vs self Made fallen Empire? In the Same Match or is there a Change to Spawn Randown in your Game?
Anyone notice that the borders of his fallen empire in the thumbnail, look very similar to the borders of Nigeria?
Uh.. I jumped into the center like you did, did some things differently (I didn't use the lathe at all for example) in the end I didn't get the option to choose another empire, but my own empire turned into a fallen empire and the game continues. I can't design new ships and I can't declare war, it is a limited version of the game but I am literally a fallen empire lol, even the game says fallen empire when I mouseover my space.
Cosmogenesis seems to be an Autopick. The Ships are op af but really, give me that Amenitie Building asap
I did something like this with Rogue Servitors, the build up for unity is so damn slow it feels like.
As the galactic it didnt gave me the choricea ti change empire ive and up my fallen empire with 5 eoconopolis world the civics were lock up same for the council
This expansion is honestly great!
Have they put in more sophisticated warfare yet? Like loans, sanctions, proxy war, funding and inciting rebellion, sabotage??
Best use for this
Make a Republic, with the fact that you were a remain of an empire
Do Democracy things, like subjugating
Realize that some time, you were an Empire
Become an Empire
Discover what have you lost, your fallen empire toys
Become the most powerfull being in the universe
Relize that this universe isnt enough
Crisis
Hey can you make video about "Equality! Democracy! Freedom!" Achivment?
Haven't watched but i bet it's a good video (probably)
I'm waiting for this but I though the vote is useless since he do other thing first instead 😅 ...
Why you don't use the voluntary interns from other empires? they are great and you won't miss them.
Let's do this with 10 000 stars!!!!
Where is that save file?😊
In the discord in TH-cam announcements channel :)
@@Ep3o thx
If you never miss a Consumer Goods quota and do the Cosmogenesis win, there is an achievement for that.
Nice
yeet
Try getting the achievment for eating the desert homeworld of another empire. That's fun.
I found it better go get your empire set up before you dothis crisis. Because you need alot of pops and resources.
Doing a Cosmogenesis run as the Rototavuul High Suzerainty, one of the prescripted empires right now. The guys next to me are democratic crusaders, so they hate my guts and have been picking a fight with me the entire game. I just wanna find the Toxic Leviathan and teach it to play fetch, and they're hassling me. My solution is to go Cosmogenesis and I'm gonna put them all into the Synaptic Lathe. Why sacrifice my own species when another, far more annoying one is ripe for the picking?
You will get a massive genocidial hit with other empire
@@potato88872 I did indeed. I captured the capital of the annoying species, modified them to be Erudite so that the research bonuses would increase, then I slapped them all into the Synaptic Lathe which I built in their home system for convenience.
The rest of the galaxy was horrified at my machinations, but they either couldn't or wouldn't rise to oppose me in any meaningful way. In the end, my edits to reality caused about half of of the galaxy to become uninhabited space, crippling enemy militaries before they could even mount an assault on my Horizon Needle.
The Rototavuul High Suzerainty is now a Fallen Empire, the Toxic Leviathan now has his weapon to battle the horrors of the Shroud, and the rest of the galaxy is in ruins, having to pick up the pieces of the damaged reality I left behind for them.
As for the annoying birds... They are free now, what remains of their population, but they will always look to the skies of their home planet at the ruins of the Synaptic Lathe that claimed trillions of their people, and they will remember that they, in all their supposed military might, were utterly helpless against me.
sup
I find the galactic nemesis crisis more easier than Cosmogenesis. Because you need to destroy empires and purge pops and you can rush the crisis without any consciousness.
On the other hand,You can't really rush Cosmogenesis crisis because you need a strong economy to build fallen empires ships(And of of course their upkeeps is so high, you can't just spam them like galactic nemesis's ships.)
And of course if there are fallen empires in your galaxy,They won't stop bullying you.
If you don't purge pops for tech and logic,You will probably finish the crisis path three hundred years later(I am not joking. YOU CAN'T REACH THE END.)
and if you retain tech vassels(I forgot their name, sorry.)you would probably finish it less then one hundred years(just spam them, you won't need to purge pops anymore.)
But you need strong economy,an economy that can produce one thousand alloys per month and your tech output must be higher than 4 or 5 thousand if the tech cost is around 1.25×.
Overall,If you are patient,do it,If you are not,Just go for galactic nemesis crisis and complete the engine. That is all.
Unless you're virtual, then you can do cosmogenesis super quick even without the synaptic lathe
@@derpidius6306 virtual is very powerful.I agree but whar if you wanna become fallen empire as any other bio species without going the path of synthetic?
It is possible but too hard to accomplish especially in large and huge galaxy where fallen empires fleet are too powerful and you need the interference of synthetic Queen that maybe you can win the game if you are fast enough but my point is,it needs skills and good timing without going for virtual path.
And of course it becomes worse if you accidentally or on purpose,Pick up the luminary origin;one mistake and your great leader is killed by one of four fallen empires(if you don't wanna reform the government in the end.It will certainly happen.)
Out of touch.
Cosmogenisis actually encourages using nihilistic acquisition and denuding planets of all life when occupying them, which in turn, arguably makes this crisis type way faster than galactic nemesis
e.g
Step 1: Declare war on large empire
Step 2: Invade planet
Step 3: All pops -> Lathe
Step 4: Abandon
Step 5: That empire now has 1 less planet
Step 6: Each time you do this, you get an insane amount of research, you quickly gain extreme negative opinions of everyone and quickly gain mass rivals.
Step 7: Proceed to experience the wrath of the galaxy.
10/10 would commit several omnicides of species again.
IMHO its way faster to do this than it is spending years planetcracking while at constant war with everyone. A single empire in the midgame will easily supply up to 100-300 pops (depending on size), and its always worth making a modified species by that point (if not an exterminator) which has all of the pop growth boost traits like budding/etc and making population worlds + cloning vats etc.
You can rush cosmogenisis way easier than the nemesis imo, especially with the new origins (dyson swarms + 4 energy base star will easily give you 1000 energy without a dyson sphere) and reducing synaptic lathe pop upkeep is key. Incidentally, if you are a robot species that took the new megastructure origin and combine it with the modularity robot ascension path and take the dark matter bonus (60% bonus resource output from jobs) and shove them ALL into the synaptic lathe, barring a few, you can make some utterly insane amounts of research from your pops alone; which is sustainable mid and even lategame with the right pop growth setups.
Still, you can do bursts of insane research and get tons of repeatables + late game tech way faster than other empires, meaning you dont really need to build the FE ships and buildings (If you're feeling risky) so you don't need Dark Matter except for the needle.
@@derpidius6306 This. I've stopped building the Lathe and avoiding the repeatable edits to reality tech to keep the galaxy happy while sitting on 6M strength fleet power with the fallen shipsets. One Ringworld segment with 150ish researcher jobs is enough at that point lol.
You got a Point but honestly, i´d rather have stronger Ships than a lot of them in the Late Game Lag.
And you can easily get 1 Million Fleetpower on a single Fleet with those, they´re Nuts.
me like big number
Dude! Need more people on console help please!
