I'm so sorry that you suffered damage from Ian. I live in Florida and fortunately was spared. These flips are so cute! I haven't even started my autumn journal and you have 2 Christmas ones in the works! My goodness you are so organized!❤️

Hi Wendy I loved seeing how you did this. Would you let me know what is the function of the fabric flip - I'm thinking it's maybe purely tactile? The pocket you added on the back is fabulous and will be doing one of these for my journal. It's my first journal so picking up lots of ideas. If someone asks what is the purpose of the fabric flip I would love to be able to offer some 'knowledge'. 😊

What part of PEI do you have your cottage? My girlfriend grew up in Mont Carmel and has a cottage there. The community is in the Evangeline Region.
I made one but is not as pretty as yours😢
