@@abdurrahim8776 I have one pair of zeiss smartlenses with 0.5 add on the bottom, but I'm from Ukraine and in my country zeiss just gave catalogs with measurements tables to many optics, and some optometrists are not good enough with measurements, moreover I saw that you have that zeiss machine which makes 3d pictures of the person with glasses so they may calculate how glasses will work individually. In Ukraine they just place dots in front of pupils and make some angles calculation, after use catalog for calculations. It's still better than standard lenses, but you hardly may call individual lenses. Maybe if I ever visit Britain I will visit your office for proper pair.

Are cartier glasses all one size?
I asked my optical dealer about transitions (photocromatic lens) and adding an indoor tint and was told they do not recommend adding a tint if getting the transitions lenses. Any idea what the cons could be and would you agree with that? I don't want to make a mistake on such a beautiful pair of glasses.

I just bought them😊 what would be your recommendation for the tint or leave them as it is. I’m putting prescription on them.
You have to have a tint! I'd probably opt for a cinnamon tint which is a light brownish hue (25%) fading to a rose 10% at the bottom. I put a similar tint on my own custom rimless glasses

What is the longevity on the hinges? do they need to be serviced often?
The hinges are quite durable, and Cartier frames are well-made. That said it is a typical triple-barrel joint which will need tightening occasionally. There is no integrated spring (which is a good thing over all). I suggest servicing all rimless glasses every 6 months regardless.
The right arm in wobbly on my pair, how do I tighten them?
Just take them back to the dealer you purchased them from. Not worth attempting to do it yourself as you may crack the lens.

Hi it's on the arm but the code is irrelevant as it refers to the shape of the lens. Most people will change the lens shape and there are multiple models which are the same but with different shaped lenses.
@@thespectaclefactory I think he’s asking to make sure when he buys that they are authenticate. How many letter numbers in serial will it have the leg length and place of manufacture and nose bridge logo or serial.

Yes it does. Each frame has a unique serial number
How long do non prescription custom lenses take to be ready?
Depending on the complexity, 2-3 weeks usually

I'd say with the sizing and the shape it's more masculine than feminine...

What color lens should I put in them. Platinum spotted frames...!!
They would suit lots of tints - check our recent video on Cartier customisation. But personally I think you can't got wrong with blue (+ Ruby flash coating to perfect them)

I don't believe in face shape really - I think your glasses should match your personality but yeah, you don't really see the shape of a rimless frame unless you add a tint.

dude I see you easily switching between glasses and you mentioned that you have astigmatism. I have astigmatism and for me it's very difficult to switch between glasses design. Why is that. thx. maybe you will give me some advise.
What lenses do you wear? More sophisticated lenses are tailored to the frames you order so that your vision is consistent across multiple pairs. Otherwise, with standard lenses, your vision can be affected by how the frames hold the lenses in relation to your eyes. So for example, I always wear Zeiss Smartlife or Zeiss Drivesafe, both of which are advanced lens designs.

I have found exactly same glasses on ebay for 800euro and he says they are just galvanized, on your website it only says gold "finish" it is not the same as 24kt .. i am asking are they just drip i gold/platinum or 100% in precious metal

I love these glasses every time i wear them however these glasses always fall off my face. Aside from that they look great but are uncomfortable due to them always falling off my face.

Platinum. Cartier don't use silver in their eyewear. Everything is either gold, white gold or platinum.
