we test drove aqua, it was very wobbly when waiting at traffic lights. We finally bought Nissan note epower, today got 99.9 km/L and it can drive on pure EV for quite a distance. Very spacious inside and stable solid drive. oh we are in Auckland
How long can you drive with pure EV? Is it 2023 model?
@@GermanDubsisshit no it is 2017 model, if you do not press accelerator much and maintain constant speed you can pretty much drive entirely on EV mode at speeds of 40-55 km/h easy

timelines 15:25 I have to agree with him..I own a 2007/2012 Vitz as a first owner in Pakistan and since then it has been driven on single handed 250,000KM locally in Islamabad and till today no rattling, no kharr kharr no outside sound....it is genuine original JDM 1300cc Japanese one of the few in Pakistan...

I have driven almost every car but I really like the Nissan cars because they are very comfortable and luxurious for your family. I particularly like the Nissan drive, but I don't know why people only rely on Toyota.

Yes he's correct these car designs looks similar to japanese anime characters... So what japanese characters look like from these two cars .. but the latest aqua front design looks similar to the anime character from dragon ball z CELL... And latest Nissan note front design looks similar to the japanese anime character from Naruto series KURAMA the nine tails fox...but I really prefer the older designs rather new designs...
Ever seen the 2014 facelift of the dahaitsu move, seems like the main inspiration for the front end was Pikachu

I skipped most parts of the video but I appreciate and thank you for your review and your opinion that you prefer the Nissan Note over the Aqua. I really like the drive feeling of the epower Note however I would love to see the fuel economy comparison between the 2 cars. We have an abundance of these 2 cars in New Zealand via Japanese imports which go for $15k-26k. The Toyota Aquas have become an easy target for car theives recently over here. I’m hoping that in the future the epower Notes will become as cheap as the Nissan March/Micra maybe in 5 years time when there are a lot of them. Hello from New Zealand :)

@@chimdi871 The thieves break in through the small window by the door mirror and destroy the ignition and start the car with a screwdriver. The low grade Aqua have a key, but the high grade Aqua have a remote which they don’t steal.
The thieves are normally teenagers and they joyride or crash the car in to stores to steal items. Mazda Demio/2 is also very popular for thieves too.
Same here in Trinidad, Aquas are a favorite for car thieves
@@grey8212 I ended up getting a plug in hybrid 2012 Prius for $15000 via private sale so no govt rebate. The fuel economy is better plus I can charge it at home too to get at least 15km driving full electric. It was cheaper than a Epower Note n Aqua in terms of fuel economy and crash safety rating. Although if you’re used to driving a small car you sacrafic the nimbleness and direct control. Nose in parking is more difficult but I have no trouble reverse parking

Toyota needs to revert to the more traditional dashboard designs in my opinion
I have also an Aqua 2014 i have purchase it in 2017 and my daily drive is around 100km overall 25thousand km in one year i have drive it 1lack 20 thousand and i purchase it 70 thousand km driven
Now again i have import an Aqua 2019 model arrived on karachi port soon it will be cleared 2014 aqua gives me average of 35 to 40 km easily

Sir can you tell any dealership that I can go to if I have problems with my Nissan note because this is a different technology and I don't trust normal mechanics with this car
Much has been already said in the comments I have 2 points to make:
1. Can you pl provide authentic reference that Toyota claims aggressive average while Nissan claims conservative averages?
2. Serviceability is much more important than technology alone
1- just a possibility that i pointed out, not something that i have been able to observe firsthand, i am planning on a video where i would like to check the actual fuel economy after which i will be able to draw a conclusion.
2-that is a valid point and that is why people are hesitant to go for the Note, because of the fact that i import cars as a side business, the prospect of finding parts is not particularly difficult, but as of now in major cities like lahore you can find workshops that work on this car and finding parts is not particularly difficult
Note is much better than Aqua.

When battery failed. Both are screwed... It has to be replaced in certain point in car life. Ppl sell after 5 years. Better battery aren't cheap

Just at start of video, 100 speed test on a narrow road with the bikes in action there & parks all around, really a dangerous thing to do, putting other lives in danger. Channel admins should feel some sense of responsibility & to conduct such tests, should choose some wider roads without any light weight traffic & public areas around like ring road or motorways.

Cars ke option hai AQUA 2017 2018 MODEL AQUA . AQUA KA LOG KA YA KAHNA HA KA SPACE KA ISSUE HA ISMA COMFORTABLE NAHI HAI. puddles shouldnt be a problem as long as the water isnt deep enough to infiltrate the cabin, same rule as any other hybrid car

i said so in the video that i am trying to get max average and wont represent real world scenarios 100% accurately.
which car gives 15 in summers the note or the Aqua?, in my experience both cars average close to 20 even in summers, however this is also determined by the route you are driving on etc. the purpose of the economy test was to provide a relative comparison between these 2 cars in similar driving conditions.

the point of the comparison was to get the best possible fuel economy in the circumstances. The purpose for the economy run was to form a comparison between 2 cars. this is not the sort of economy that can be achieved on a day to day basis.

The ac of this car is not fisible for summers it's trips and gives a lot of problems
I think someone has sold you a very problematic car, please get it checked from a proper car electrician/ mechanic who understands hybrid cars.
My personal experience with Note's AC in summers is excellent.
Mine experience is also good with AC in peak summer though I had not tested it on a long drive of more than 2 continuous hours
