In Brás, I recomm3nd going to Feira da Madrugada Circuito de Compras. This place has a different opening hours, it works from 2 am until 4 pm. This opening hours is because in the old days there were several outdoors tent-like stores that opened during the early hours, hence the name Feira da Madrugada (something like a street market at dawn). Now these stalls are in an enclosed space, a type of mall, I haven't been yet, but I'm curious to know, I don't know if after these sellers started in this new enclosed space if the prices remained the same or if they increased.
As far as I know it's not open on Sundays.
I'll check it out soon to see if the prices are still good

Important tip, visit the south of Brazil. I guarantee you that you will not regret it. Gramado and Canela cities, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, Blumenau, Joinville. It is a very different and safe Brazil.
