- Due to issues beyond our control we are postponing the Maverick project until the 2025 No Name Nationals and getting our 1966 Musang Auto-Cross car updated to AHRA Spec so we can race it down the 1/8th mile at Skelton Raceway (formally Jeffer's Motorsports Park) this September 20th & 21st 2024. @@anthonynapier4668 yeah I need converting it from Motocross over to a quarter mile car. For 20 years he's ran a 6 cylinder which I assume is a 200 cid. I just ran across some I was on TH-cam one day. He likes to slide around and burn tires a little bit too. Thank you
Thanks, Auto-Cross & it is actually a 250 which has the same bellhousing as a small block Ford which is how I could use a Toploader 4-Speed. Need the 250 6 cylinder zero balance flywheel as mentioned on my 6 cylinder tech video.

I've got family member that has a first generation mustang with a bench seat factory. I think it was an upcharge from the factory
I have a friend that I bought his 65 Mustang over 20 years ago. He wanted it back so he bought this Bench Seat 77,000 mile Mustang on line and had it shipped to my house as a trade.
You can't believe how much comfort that center armrest gives.
This video was not even about that car, I just threw it in there and I am glad I did. Got lots of responses & it is nice to know people stuck around to the end.
@@Blu_Grit_Garage yeah I know what you're saying. Sometime on my shorts I just throw a car in at the end of the scenery because people will go all the way through and watch it to the end but man I'm only asking them for a minute of their time at most. I'm I'm glad you threw the car in as well

Sorry for the late reply. The SCCA Sports Car Club of America Group 2 Mustangs were basically coupes with a rear seat, but with the Shelby mechanicals. That way they could run in a sedan class and the Shelbys were in the 2-seater Sports Car Class (I believe "B" Production") with the Corvettes.
