Whenever people ask me about where is happiness, I always tell refer them to these talks so that they can sense that happiness is nowhere except in their own hearts. I always used to assume that things are happening to me undesirably and unwantedly and that it's somehow my mistake whether I am intellectually weak or I am doing mistakes but suddenly after stumbling across Tara I realized that how seriously wrong I was ;);) not in the way I was or what I did but in the way I perceived things as she calls it the trance of unhappiness and as soon as I stepped out of that trance with sincere mindfulness and compassion everything got transformed. It's an inexpressible Feeling when you notice the bounds of the trance and realize how weak they are in front of true compassion, it's like you are literally reborn. I hope people like her continue to spread this message to the society and help people transform their lives.

So real. This is the human experience. We DO attempt to protect ourselves, but only because we tend to forget our true nature.

@@peo_peo Circling is a great way to practice being in a shared heart-space. Though remember, you always are in a shared space, we just dont feel like it always. Which is fine and totally worthy of love and honor too.

As I begin to experience a commonality with others, one will automatically a sadness for the suffering of all other beings. Bodily identity divides people. With spiritual vision we see the true equality of all living beings. We see that we are all in the same situation, the experience of temporary happiness and distress in this world. This always leads to an unhappiness.
To be able to feel real spiritual compassion for others, we have to reconnect with the Supreme Lord in love. When we experience spiritual love, we know this is what everyone is looking for. And then we want everyone else to also experience this.

@@dollyknight2423, to me it sounded more like she was promoting the Neocon-Neoliberal goal of a regime-change war in Iran, and we saw how well that worked out in places like Libya, Honduras, and Iraq.

How strange, I heard the exact opposite. I'll take my own advice and listen again. But one hundred per cent certain Tara would never endorse oppression or violence. Peace to you.
