Dealer proximity and reputation might be the most important (and overlooked) criteria when purchasing a tractor. Thanks for the video

Those for sure are important considerations

I bought my kioti dk 40 se hst new. I one rear remote was standard, I added another set. I also had to run hydro hoses up front for my grapple.
My specs (usa) are a little different than yours. I have 41 hp, 34 at the pto. My loader is 2750 at the pins.
Never been back to the dealer, runs great, and I beat on it! Looked at the other brands, I kubota grand l 3901 was close but not enough for me to spend $8000 more for less. The kubota hst plus is nice, but not $8000 nice, especially with less capacity and features. I sold my old kubota to UPGRADE to the Kioti.

I’m with you Tim. Knock on wood my kioti has taken a beating and still handles well everyday. I’m very happy with it. Sure is a work horse

When I first began looking for a new tractor, I was determined that I wanted a John Deere (3E series). After seeing all the plastic panels, cast aluminum rear end/transmission, and permanently mounted loader frame, I quickly changed my focus to Kubota (two dealers near me). Then someone told me about Kioti. After looking at the Kioti, I was totally sold! I even created a spreadsheet to compare specifications, price, and design features on my Kioti DK4510 and the Kubota L4701. The Kioti came out on top in every way except one (I preferred the battery location on the Kubota). I love everything about mine, except the toolbox location and the Tier 4 Regen system.

I also was looking hard at the 3e deere factirs as well as the kubota. I'm fortunate my tractor is a 2012 as it doesn't have any emissions stuff. I found that the cost of the kioti was also a good bit cheaper for the same features

Kubota L4701 has a much bigger engine than the DK. The CK, DK, and NX all have the same engine, it's just tuned differently. I think it's kind of ridiculous to have a larger tractor like the DK and NX with that little engine running it.

4x4 Moses-bank80. Cummins Diesel makes the engine 6.7L with different horsepower and torque for various engines in 6.7L category depending on the size of the truck. They make one of the best diesel engines in the world that are used in both off road equipment and trucks.

That's why I got the R series JD. Can have the loader of in 5 minutes. Got a cast iron rear end too.

Nice video, but wanted to correct you on the lift capacities of 3700. That number is the bucket breakout force or curl force of the bucket at the ground.

A feature I like is the tight turning radius. Really helps in the woods or barn. You mentioned the quick skid steer attachment which is extra on other brands.

I think that flow rate may be the combined total flow rate for both your power steering and your main hydraulic pump. That was the case with my Kioti CK2610. definitely double check that before you go buy an expensive implement and your flow rate ends up being lower than expected. The steering system has to be entirely separate due to safety reasons. you don't want the pressure relief valves in the main system affecting the functionality of the steering system.

Those are some really good points. Makes sense about the power steering.

The auxiliary lights only benifit those who have a cab. Non cab models don't have that benifit or the benifit of a height under 8 feet. Rops are higher.

Brad Bruggeman : That’s why we pay more for the cab models ! I’ve got a 2015 RX 7320 pcc model with loader ! Great machine !

Kioti wasn't really an option for me because of dealer network. Got 1 and its an 1.5 hr drive. Although I did look at them and they did interest me. Ended up with a JD. Have 4 dealers within 1hr.

I can see why getting a JD makes sense for you then.

In my area JD and Kubota has the dealership network wrapped up. There are other brands but few and far between. Them haven't been there too long so don't know if they will be there 10-15 years down the road when I need them. JD and Kubota have been long serving the area so I can depend on them being there for a long time.
