Listening to this version of MOTW, I just noticed that it has very similar sonic vibes to that of the later Billyvox 1993 "Revelation" album. Not sure if the name order credits on the center label indicates that Billy was the primary songwriter of MOTW, but if it does, that would show how Billy would evolve some of the sound from Lament and also his Humania "Sinews of the Soul" project to come up with Revelations. I also always felt that Sinews of the Soul sounded far more like the successor to Lament than U-Vox ever did. Thanks for this upload and for showing how great it sounds as a true instrumental. Also, Mae McKenna's isolated vocals sound incredible!
On the album label Billy Currie is the first name in the credits. However on the "Loves Great Adventure" 12" label where the instrumental version of MOTW originally appeared Warren Cann is up front. The band had agreed that all writing credits should be split equally 25% each. So I'd guess the order of the writing credits doesn't have any real significance (Midge Ure wasn't involved in the writing/recording of "Paths And Angles" but he's credited). Billy Currie was known to incorporate past works into his solo and BillyVox work.
Awesome track . Can't wait for the 40th Lament super deluxe ❤🎉❤
Superb arrangement...timeless..!
Thanks for listening
This is what the instrumental should have been. Thank you so much for posting
Anytime Autumn.

Excellent Andy great instrumental from the boys and wonderful Gaelic singing.
An instrumental should be just that. Her singing is amazing though.
I remember the set movements tour and they opened with this though like Midge said he butchered the Gaelic part.
@lennyrussell8954 these days the Gaelic vocals would be on a laptop!
Yes the Mac would do the job Andy.
