I play outside hitter but I can definitely see the effort our teams libero puts in! I always am constantly giving her praise or encouragement, she is such a sweetheart and is always working hard out there❤️
As a libero I can say that yes when something like that happens they look at you like it’s your fault while you literally just dove trying to save the ball.
Oh my God, yes. As a libero, I always get blamed even when my teammates don't do anything. They stand around as I continue to dive and sometimes even get bruises on my legs due to the amount of diving I have to do because they wouldn't move. But every single time, it's my fault. It's frustrating, especially since they take me for granted and always mock the libero position as an easy position to play. I'm tired of their shit, and that is exactly why I quit my school volleyball team. They can find another person they can take for granted and treat like shit instead since they're so good at that. *EDIT* I am so sorry for the swear words. I was just so angry and I had to scream my lungs out :( I sincerely hope that me quitting my toxic school volleyball team will help my peace of mind in the future and that whoever replaces me doesn't get the same treatment that I did. (And I really hope that my former teammates finally realize the damage that they've done.)
I play libero and at one of our games I started bawling my eyes out bc my team said I wasn’t smiling enough and it was making a bad atmosphere.. and I was so tired from getting all the balls up that when we won no one looked at me, so on break I went to the bathroom and some of the moms found me and talked to the girls. I was just so done with all of them
This might be a stupid questions but I just got diagnosed with pneumonia yesterday and I’m feeling better energy wise (still coughing trust trust) but they have me on all sorts of meds for the pneumonia and one to help with coughing… can I still play in my volleyball game?
