TVS reports on La Promenade Mall's latest art show

Deputy Premier Datuk Amar Prof Dr Sim Kui Hian attends the opening of "Hidden Gems: The Life Works of Chong Liew Syn".
The late Mdm Chong founded the Sarawak Fine Arts School, the first Government accredited private arts institute in the region.
Dr Sim was one of her students.
The school produced hundreds of graduates between 1965, and Mdm Chong's passing in 1999.
Her family, ex students, Hoan Gallery and Hock Seng Lee put together her first posthumous solo art show. Over 100 pieces are on display. Many from her family achieve are never-seen-before.
The gallery is open daily 9.30am-9.30pm. The art show opened on Jan 19 and will run for eight weeks.
