Thank you for this series. I have just spent the last month studying Revelation with you all. I haven't found anyone in agreement with what God has shown me until now.

The gospel is the gospel of the kingdom!
Jesus is going to return and set up the kingdom of God ON THE EARTH! God’s government ON THE EARTH! The Messiah died for his people! God resurrected the Messiah! The Messiah will resurrect his people! The destiny of the Messiah and his people is to be ON THE EARTH! The renewed restored earth! God also dwelling with them! Rev 21
    Matt 24
14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
Jesus said the Father is the only true God!
    John 17
3 And this is eternal life, that they know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou hast sent.

If we are saved by grace not works how are we rewarded for works? If I obey the commandments but I fail to lead someone to Christ in rl and not online, will I go to hell?
I was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum disorder and I struggle communicating verbally but I can write or type better. Ive been made fun of and called stupid among other abuse and so I freeze in panic when I even think of going in public much less speaking.
    Ephesians 2
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
    Revelation 22
12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

The Spirit gives us unique gifts. You might not feel like you have the gift of preaching or converting people, but you might have the gift of hospitality, or a gift of knowledge that can be used in some other way, or a gift of serving and helping people.
And we are rewarded for good works, but our salvation is not based on the works. Jesus saves you by grace through faith, and amen! Then He gives us MORE rewards in the kingdom based on how we help the Church after that. You don't have to make more converts than other people, but you do need to be helping the Church in other ways. If you get to the end of your life and have not helped the Church, you're still saved but you won't get to experience as much authority during the kingdom as other people.

Dude, totally enjoy your teachings. ... Buuuuut, I don't understand where you leave out the devil after a 1000 years is released again and another deception and then another fight. Or victory whatever. But I'm like down with what you saying but for people who have studied this, sence I was a kid in the 80's, I'm confused with what your saying.
By the way, I still introduce people to, A Beautiful Design, to this day.

Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
    1 Peter 5:8
Doesn't sound very bound to me.

No, scientist will not continue to study, archaeologist's will not continue to dig. They are in search of a creator. There will be no need for that once we're with our Creator.

Can anyone suggest the best way to teach about white frigility, systemic racism and white privilege in church. There are still some white people in the congregation who don’t accept how racist they are...I wish I had matts teaching skills on this issue

    • @decklanwilliams4779
      @decklanwilliams4779 3 ปีที่แล้ว +10

In my opinion I don’t think you should preach about systematic racism etc. the church is not a place to be preaching to a certain race on how privileged or racist they are, where have you seen in the Bible any of the apostles did that? You preach about Gods love and the way we should love each other, you preach the gospel you teach them about Adam to Malachi and in that with the correct teaching of God, conviction starts and the “racist” people of your church will change by the grace of God. Remember Ephesians 6:12 “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against power, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places”. Knowing this it shows us that racism is a work of the devil to separate the people of God. This is what you preach about.

      Everyone has sinned, everyone.
      Everyone needs Jesus.
Are you a pastor? Usually at church the pastor teaches the word of God and preaches the gospel. The pastor is the teacher so you don't have to worry about teaching if you're apart of the congregation. You get to hear the glorious good news of forgiveness and everlasting life. Be at peace.
