To that end, when Poland’s president, Andrzej Duda, met with NATO leaders in Brussels on March 24, he held up the March 17 text, said the diplomat, who was present. ‘Which of you would sign it?’ Mr. Duda asked his counterparts, the diplomat said. None of the NATO leaders spoke up.”

@@TOS-2 Duda is a dolt just like all polish politicians. But take every news with a grain of salt. The most confusing aspect of Stambul treaty were guarantor states. Ukraine saw it like mini-NATO. Russia was OK with this as long as they are one of guarantor states and have the right of veto. This was where it fell apart. Anyway, Turkish ambassador to France said in interview he thought these guarantor states ever stepping in into conflict was "unfeasible". There were earlier reports that Boris said "we won't sign anything" but why would UK sign peace treaty? Probably he meant UK won't be a guarantor state but this aspect of a treaty was empty shell anyway (with Russian veto)
