I'm very happy about the result obviously, but I also have to say that I really enjoyed the whole tournament. I watched almost every game and it's good to see different fans compared to the men's Euro.
I think the England-Germany match will be a really memorable game for all fans and hopefully another milestone on the way to more recognition of women's achievements. I have watched women's football in the past, but I have never seen more athletic, technical and tactical players than in this tournament. Vulnerable are both teams and I think that maybe Germany has a very minimal advantage. I would also like to justify that. Yes, Germany is playing in front of many English fans and that puts pressure on them, but it can also motivate them. Conversely, the many spectators and the expectations of the English women can be a disadvantage. We will see. I admire the German unity, defence and this irrepressible will to win the ninth title. I would be especially happy for Popp because she is playing her first European Championship and was always injured shortly before the tournaments. But there is one thing that bothers me about the German team, and that is that they take too much risk a few minutes before the end and try to score another goal. A lot of ball losses are unnecessary and in the end they made sure that the French were dangerous.

Thoughts on Germany? Where do England exploit them?
The midfield needs to shut Popp down if she even looks at the ball. I doubt Frohm will start for Germany because she was AWFUL in this semifinal, so England should expect Schult in goal. She’s not much better, so England needs to just shoot, shoot, shoot.
As French. I'm really disappointed
It's going to be a difficult game because Germany are strong and very physical. I think the game will be similar to Sweden but against a stronger opponent. England can get joy down the flanks as France did but they'll need to get more support in and around the box to exploit the opportunities. France attacked but rarely had much back up however, they showed that Germany were vulnerable on set pieces particularly aerial threats. Renard caused them all sorts of problems perhaps Bright, White and Russo could do something similar.
