Only experiment you need to do is with timing. 10 minutes or 20 minutes. Depending on model of pressure cooker. It won't burn and will cook easily. I don't have any experience of soya milk but I had used the pressure cooker on slow fire to cook various grains. I have not tried because I don't use soya milk due to some reason. Namh shivay.

When you are cook the soy beans without blending it in the first case, it save you time and stress because you dont need to stay in the kitchen and continue to stir like you are doing in this video. because you blend it raw before cooking, that is why you are standing by it and continue to stir for an hour without stoping.

I wished that those professional cheese makers here in my city would process and sell soy products too since they would make a home made product but at least they have already the equipment. But I don't know if any contamination from cheese with traces soy is not harmful for the cheese bacteria.

DO NOT soak the beans in warm water: this way the lipase in the beans can do it's work to cause that nasty beany taste. Pour the beans into a pan of boiling water and continue boiling for about 30 minutes to inactivate the lipase (causing that rancid beany aftertaste) and than let it cool down and continue your recipe.

Did you do it by yourself? You will lose some nutrients if you boil the beans. I've done her way and it taste good.
