Well said bro. but in bike manual book valve clearance inlet 0.08mm, exhaust 0.24mm. After you adjust it, once you start it, you will hear how the sound will come.

Ns200 के carburator को fine tune करने के लिए afr screw को कितने टर्न घुमना है। कम्पनी का ns 200 में default setting कितने राउंड रहता है

Meri pulsar 180 100-105 tak jaati hai to kya tapet clearance ka issue ho skta hai. Baki block piston, carburetor and spark plug sabh naya hai.

Hi Jeet.
1.LH cover part one vertical and horizontal T was visible which one is reference?
2.if ticking noise not observed then why to adjust clearance every 12k km??
3.Top side cover is to be fit as it is or anabond to be added once procedure completed???
1.The line next to the T mark should be aligned.
2. If ticking noise is not observed then the valve clearances should be fine but still there's no harm in inspecting them.
3. It depends on the quality and condition of the O-ring... Replacement is suggested if the ring is bad but anabond can also be used along the ring as a temporary solution... I don't like it though.
@@JeetBhaskar Ticking noise only means that the valves are too loose, right? What is the valves are too tight, one won't hear any noise. Is there a more reliable way of when to check for valve clearance?

I'd adjust a tappet correctly,.i,e. Intake: 0.06 and exhaust: 0.08.
after that as you do,i rotate 360 degree but tappet adjustment was so much tight..

मैंने अपनी NS200 में मैन्युअल के अनुसार intake का 0.05mm और exhaust का 0.08mm tappet clearance कराया है, adjustment के बाद भी tappet sound आ रहा है। कैसे सही करे प्लीज बता दीजिए। क्या tappet clearence और कम करके adjustment करे जैसे कि intake के लिए 0.04mm और exhaust के लिए 0.07mm। प्लीज reply कर दीजिये।

Bhai meri r15 v3 bs4, 28000 kms chal chuka hai, 3.8 years old par ab isme woh tik tik sound ho raha hai. Aur gear me daalke + clutch daba k + khare hoke jab accelerate karta hu toh lagta hai timing chain ka v sound aata hai. Mai gari hamesha 45 - 70 kmph pe chalata hu aur kabhi kabhi 80 - 90 (No rough driving) .
Mai itna details isiliye dey raha hu kyu ki mujhe tum bahod jyada pasand ho, agar hamare yaha pey tumhara jaisa ek engineer hota toh mai 150 km dur hone sey v tumhare paas aa jata. Alas! That's not possible.
Mai hamesha sey mere ghar sey 75 km dur authorised service centre sey servicing karwata hu, par ab wahaka main engine mechanic kaam chod dia hai, jo log waha pe 3-4 months pahele gaadi dhone kaa kam karte ab woh log kaam karte hai.
Final baat yeh hai ki meri gaadi ka kya problem ho sakta hai?

How to know which valve is for intake and which one is for exhaust , 9:22 to 9:24 a tool to put on valve what is this tool called. If possible give an amazon link for the same.
Exhaust valve will be towards the silencer and intake valve will be towards carburettor or throttle body.... And that tool is valve screw adjuster
