For formal leather shoes, I don't need rich color texture; a plain color is fine. However, the leather should be soft, should not wrinkle easily, and should be hard enough (but not too hard) to maintain the shoe's shape after day to day uses. Could you please suggest the type of leather that would best meet these requirements?
Depends on your needs, if family friendly then Semi Aniline or Pigment. If you want a natural leather and okay with those properties then full or pure aniline.
Which one do you suggest for dogs? They love our recliners? The one we got from Lazy Boy peeled (not from the dogs). It left a beige spot in a short period of time. I'm wanting to avoid whatever type that was.
What leather would you recommend for a couple. Stuck between semi and full aniline. We don’t eat or drink on the couch nor do we plan on having children any time soon.
Either one would be fine, just depends on what you are expecting from a serviceability standpoint. Full aniline would track more than the aniline plus or semi aniline.
Love your videos, always learning new things! Thank you :)
Well presented. Nice and clear to understand. Thank you.

Great information. Thank you, Jim! Do you have a recommendation for what type of leather I should get on a reclining leather sectional?
