As usual, really cool video. But can the CA glue really tolerate the shear forces on the small linkages that they will experience? Not criticizing, just wondering since I don't have much experience with CA glue. Thanks for making these videos
Excellent work, a single remark, did you use locknuts ? Because if not, you may have some issues on a long term use. Also, I'm wondering if the glue is enough when storing heavy tools, you may find "outside protection corners" that would protect and strenengh your backside boxes.
Nice design... like how u showed design flaw and how u modified it. Just concerned about wear-and-tear of the mechanisms since they're only plywood. Also for connector, how about using washington hinges? Just my thoughts...
Это он походу советский ящик решил смастерить , мне так к слову 30 лет. у моего деда был почти токой-же ток у него он шире раздвигался и отделов было больше в верхних ящиках, и да вес не маловажно ,он был не такой уж громосткий как тут!!! а так молодчик! Лукасик заслужил за сторание)))
I was wondering the same for some stuff I have to always haul around. Maybe if it is too heavy empty, I will have to sacrifice and make a smaller version and hope everything I need stored still fits!
@@daveparker839 Stored? If you need to store you can make a big one without interference handle and stored everything. But main point of this is carrying...
Now all you need is a port on one end of the bottom part that you could run the battery charger power cord through. That way, when you get to where you're working, you can pull the cord out and pull the charger in. Your spare battery can be charging in the toolbox while you work.
great video again. I was afraid you'll accidentally affix the boxes on the wrong sides again like in one of the previous videos. Haha. Good thing it didn't happen :D
Please Dekay do yourself a favor: DO NOT use electric drill while round wood is in your left hand...small slip and you will damage your left hand permanently! not worth it

I had the same question, and i believe is super glue. It might hold the wood together for a while, but is not permanent.

무거운 공구에 사용하려면 힌지는 철물로 만들고, 상단박스 바깥쪽에 바닥까지 합판 한장 더 대주면 튼튼해요 =)
