    💛About us:
Hi! We are Trey and Rosa, we have 5 kiddos and we moved from the big city of Las Vegas to the outskirts of Pahrump to homestead and grow our own food with the goal of self-sufficiency. We have a small homestead with Nigerian Dwarf goats, ducks, chickens, and also have cats and dogs running around everywhere and recently converted to eating a full plant based diet due to health reasons.
We are passionate about growing our own food, eating clean & healthy, cooking food from scratch, desert gardening and making simple skincare products for our family and for you.
We specialize in making 100% goat's milk soap using fresh goat milk from our own Nigerian Dwarf goats that provide the most moisturizing bar of goat milk soap you'll try. We love all the benefits of our goat milk soaps and find that it's great for skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and dry skin.

Hey Brit! Ah great idea! Typically we are very easy with dressings but we could definitely make a video on it, I’ve added it to my list! 😃👍🏽

I really like the idea of adding the seasoned veggies. Check out Javants veggie ground.

I love that noodles are plant based because it makes the thought of being only plant based a bit easier lol

Agreed 100% but beware!! Some pastas are not vegan. Learned it the hard way. Barilla oven ready lasagna sheets are not vegan, it has eggs in them!

I'm not American, so seeing you cook greens for 3 hours blows my mind. Did you eat breakfast?

Where are you joining us from? How do you cook greens? My husband is very used to collards being cooked low and slow for a long time haha that’s where I learned it from!
We possibly did have breakfast we may have had a smoothie the kids made

I didn’t think to cook the greens for this long I always thought to cook them less time for keeping the nutrients . What do you know about that? But I will surely try some greens this way and make them Smokey too. Also I have started to use some spelt flour in my sourdough loves since i have watched your channel. Never before had spelt and I’m loving it

Hello! If you cook greens for a long time and keep it in the liquid it’s cooked in, the nutrients are being cooked right into the “soup” and when you eat it all, you’ll still get that nutrition! These greens are so good and so glad you gave spelt a try!

The pad Thai looked soooo delicious! Omg you aren’t lying about the cost of food! I spent $90 on food for just today🤦🏿‍♀️ You are brilliant to grow and cook your own food from scratch. I would love to taste your greens. I’ve only had meatless greens stir fried and they were delicious. I’m old school and use smoked meat but I like to try new recipes as well. I know their good simply because of how long you cook them and everything you put in them🥰

My husbands family makes the best greens with smoked turkey neck haha but I had to vegan-fy it and I made a couple of videos making greens, one I tried with pink oyster mushroom - my husbands new fav! Try it when you get the chance!! It’s so meaty you couldn’t tell if it had meat or not!
