Highkey already said this, but the throw from the table looks pretty risky.
First of all, you need to throw hard enough to reach your team members, but not too hard so it'll bounce off one of their hands and into the pit. If you throw it too low, they won't be able to catch it, and if you throw it too high, it'll bounce off the ceiling and throw off it's trajectory. There's also a bunch of obstacles in the way like the barstools or pool table, and again, you are crouched under a desk, so your range of movement is limited to throw it.
I may have tried to throw it, but that's because I'm not a gymnast who could climb around the edge of the pool table with small pants pockets, and I suck at throwing things anyway.

It's pretty complicated for ms to explain but it's better than randomly reviving a character that fell from certain fall damage
