I've done 10 Miles, half marathon, 5k, 10k, 8x400's, 20x100 but the hardest workout I've done was 3x250,200,150 full speed full recovery because i was fast enough at the time for it to be that painful

I'm assuming this is their first session since the holiday break because they are hurting. After this I bet they are better prepared for the outdoor season workouts.
Nah he’s not why y’all entertaining this! That’s flying especially in practice! I had teammates that would split 21 lows and ran 20.1 in outdoor so to be moving like that he got something to prove!

Good session in pre-competition mode. Sprinters are too used to stopping their efforts 2 meters before the lines, it's a bad habit.
