- What if I told you that in a tiny village in northern Greece, you could see ancient tombs filled with artifacts that belonged to the family of Alexander the Great? In this video, we'll find out.
It's rare to have numerous artifacts from 2300 years ago as it is. It's even more rare to have ones that are directly connected to one of histories most impressive dynasties.
If you're interested in booking an amazing hotel 8 minutes from the Royal Tombs, hit the link below to book the Estate Kalaitzis. Its one of my favorite stays from my time in Greece.

Thank you!! It really was an amazing sight!!
This was well produced with great, serious facts. It's not the typical fluff on youtube. It was really good. Looking forward to more.
Hey thank you! I really appreciate that. More are definitely on the way.
Ελλάδα ❤❤❤
Long leave the legacy of Macedonia...The name is glory.
Verhina means Top,Vrh
Great video. I read about the tomb, and your info is spot on. Good job!
At the risk of sounding like that one smartass student who sits at the front of the class and corrects everyone, can I point out one small inaccuracy? It's twenty-three centuries back to Phillip's time, not twenty-three millennia.
(Ok youtubers! Have at me!)
Hey thank you! Whoops! I definitely missed that. I did mean centuries and not millennia 🤦♂️
Macedonia 🇲🇰🙌🏻
😂😂😂😂 skopians go to your caveeee this is real not fake!
Hahahaha your country don't have history
Alexander was greek
Why is the albano Bulgarian speaking ???
My dear friend. No need to troll. Watch the video and discover the facts. The truth will set you free from your deliberately infused hatred.
I think maybe after King Phillip was buried they also put his last wife, Cleopatra Eurydice with their two kids, Europa and Caranus, , those three got killed after King Phillip died.
That could definitely be the case if Philip is the Tomb I male. Hopefully we can get more testing done on the bones. Tomb II being Arrhidaeus would explain the Scythian woman there also
@@ponderingadventurer yes it could, i really like all the Greek and Roman History, so deep stylish and interesting.
@@ponderingadventurer i have this idea to be made into a game, like a fighting arena game , Roman arena style, and i will have a lot of Macedonian warriors in the game too, with all types of Greek Theater's and Roman Amphitheater's in the game too, I don't work in the gaming industry unfortunately, like your channel, i just subscribe.
Rell Macedonia is Greek roman Greek don't egzist
