I just noticed that at the start of the final battle, scout is clean, showing his innocence to his journey, while sniper is drenched in blood, signifying his choice to down the evil or “dirty” path to get his way. Nice touch.
The supportive Heavy in fanmade sfm is always heartwarming and guaranteed to uplift my spirit what now I've started playing tf2 for a week as my very first step into multiplayer games. I wish now I had someone just like this Heavy, despite working towards lv6 I've got kicked of the game 7 times for no obvious reason other than the other team members realising I'm a beginner

I love the enthusiasm of the scout as he's improving. sadly toxic players shut down the enthusiasm to improve quickly which leads to the airblast reserve shooter combo. we need people like that heavy
Honestly that's exactly the reason I stopped really playing tf2. Then I became a Pyro main because my literal only random drop was the manmelter, but as I got more stuff I started maining demoman/demoknight, alternating between the two.
I try my best playing with different classes And i felt really happy when one time i asked some people if i did well as a Medic, and people called me a great one But i mostly play Pyro and switch classes when it's situational
Not gonna lie, this was amazing. My favourite bit, though, is when Heavy knows he's dead, but his last act is to throw Scout the axe. He helps Scout throughout, and at the end, gives Scout what he needs. It is noble, it is awesome.

I noticed something, for anybody who didn’t notice, The Red Medic isn’t in the final battle because when the blue soldier who’s dual wielding shotguns fires a round, your hear a Medic scream, and since you see the Blu Medic right after fighting Scout, you can guess that the Blu Soldier shot the Red Medic, just a detail that I wanted to point out in case nobody heard
Cut that out, pal. I'm like both 1998 version and 2019 version. What I'm talking about was offended to protect a story like this because in many ways the movie version is misunderstood and underrated. There are lot of good things about the movie version, and you should understand and like that they still problem solved in a situation. And guess what? It's one if the reasons that changed the perspective of this musical, and what made me stand up for it when the movie version was brought up being ridiculed.

The thing I love most about this video is how the roles of Scout and Sniper are eventually switched. Scout starts off as a newbie player who is killed by everything and can't learn the game whilst Sniper is something of a seasoned vet but only picks on players weaker than himself. But Scout trains hard and becomes better, and Sniper is forced to resort to cheap, underhanded tactics to secure his win no matter what. One person got to the level of expert play through sheer determination and practice. The other got there through griefing, hounding weak players and cheating.

Jesus man, like many people, i find the story telling brilliant, but there are so much more that this sfm had done amazingly, cinematography is spectacularly smooth and dynamic, animation quality was top notch mostly, and the voice acting was a pure delight, pure respect to everyone working on this project, especially you Hoovy

Fun Fact: the Red Mann, and Blu Mann in this sfm are not the actual models, these models are the fan made "civilian" models. For those that don't know, the civilian was a TFC character that was meant to be in TF2, but was later cut. You can see his model at the start of "meet the Sniper."
Wait they're suppose to be Redmond and Blutarch Mann here in this universe? That's unexpected. Then again the concept of a Despenser isn't made until the next entry to this TF2 series.

You've done it. Bloody hell he did it! People said it couldn't be done, when he told the world his crazy dream, but he went ahead and did it anyways! Gorgeous work to you and the hard-working team! How you managed to pull off the motivation for a project of this lenght is beyond me.. Big props my man ;)
I love: * the usage of Sniper as the bad guy. Most often the main characters are Scout, Spy, or Medic. * The older brother vibe between Scout and Heavy, when they're usually polar opposites (just look at Valve's "Meet the Scout"). * The beautifully done plot, strong rising tension throughout, especially at the moment just before the climax * Brilliant lighting (seriously, the shadows and lightwork are impressive for such a long animation) * Fantastic voice acting I do think the secondary plot of Spy attempting to kamikaze the whole base is a little confusing, but that's my only criticism. This is an amazing movie!
I love that for the score in the beginning it shows that even though red is a lot better they don’t always win. Later in the thing when scout gets better it show that sniper still sometimes gets him
Just wanna say that yall did a great job on the voice acting and at times I genuinely couldn’t tell if the voices were the cannon voice actors or if you guys were doing the voice over. And even when I could tell it was you guys voice acting i though “ man their voice acting is so good i genuinely couldn’t tell if it was cannon or not”, you guys should be proud of this.
2018 has been one of the most phenomenal years for SFM, bravo! I also have to commend you for having such accurate voices to the original team. Much better then ANY other SFM I've seen

Perhaps I am extremely late to discover this but, this is one of my favorite SFM so far. The way the character development between scout and heavy is like father and son (to me), the voice is somewhat smooth, and over all, it's a great movie. Thank you :3

He was on that scouts team. From what I hear, they do this a lot to their own team. A way of showing 'Tough Love' as they're all like brothers to one another.
So, it's been a long time since I last watched this SFM, and I just noticed something, many of you probably haven't. The music playing from the 4:15 minute mark, is from a little japanease anime series, called Lupin The 3rd. It first appeared in the 1979 movie, Castle of Cagliostro, and was a short, groovy flick for a car-chase scene. Later it became a reaccouring theme of the series in the 80's, extended from about the original two-something minutes, to almost four minutes. It also appers in the 2019 movie Lupin the Third The First, again as a car-chase music, reduced to less than two minutes, and gaining a much more jazzy style. This was basically a story about how I was when I started TF2. I was always bad at the game until someone helped me and trained me. I love the animation and keep up the great work!

Fun Fact: the Red Mann, and Blu Mann in this sfm are not the actual models, these models are the fan made "civilian" models. For those that don't know, the civilian was a TFC character that was meant to be in TF2, but was later cut. You can see his model at the start of "meet the Sniper."

I love:
* the usage of Sniper as the bad guy. Most often the main characters are Scout, Spy, or Medic.
* The older brother vibe between Scout and Heavy, when they're usually polar opposites (just look at Valve's "Meet the Scout").
* The beautifully done plot, strong rising tension throughout, especially at the moment just before the climax
* Brilliant lighting (seriously, the shadows and lightwork are impressive for such a long animation)
* Fantastic voice acting
I do think the secondary plot of Spy attempting to kamikaze the whole base is a little confusing, but that's my only criticism. This is an amazing movie!
I love that for the score in the beginning it shows that even though red is a lot better they don’t always win. Later in the thing when scout gets better it show that sniper still sometimes gets him

Just wanna say that yall did a great job on the voice acting and at times I genuinely couldn’t tell if the voices were the cannon voice actors or if you guys were doing the voice over. And even when I could tell it was you guys voice acting i though “ man their voice acting is so good i genuinely couldn’t tell if it was cannon or not”, you guys should be proud of this.
I think the scout was prob voiced by ChillyOfDestiny and the others was just voice over by some people. Or else already in game voices.

Perhaps I am extremely late to discover this but, this is one of my favorite SFM so far. The way the character development between scout and heavy is like father and son (to me), the voice is somewhat smooth, and over all, it's a great movie. Thank you :3

He was on that scouts team. From what I hear, they do this a lot to their own team. A way of showing 'Tough Love' as they're all like brothers to one another.
So, it's been a long time since I last watched this SFM, and I just noticed something, many of you probably haven't. The music playing from the 4:15 minute mark, is from a little japanease anime series, called Lupin The 3rd.
It first appeared in the 1979 movie, Castle of Cagliostro, and was a short, groovy flick for a car-chase scene.
Later it became a reaccouring theme of the series in the 80's, extended from about the original two-something minutes, to almost four minutes.
It also appers in the 2019 movie Lupin the Third The First, again as a car-chase music, reduced to less than two minutes, and gaining a much more jazzy style.

I just noticed recently that Sniper after he took that poster actually asked Civilian for Hacks so he can beat Scout. Kinda amaizing. I loved that detail cause it resembles some TF2 players
