brother the recession in hiring and layoffs are due to mass hiring that took place in covid times due to high demand
@@revenge2877 Brother All the IT companies Mass hired during covid time like tcs, Zoho etc....but these companies are not doing mass layoff....these so called employee friendly and best work culture companies are directly firing the employees who have served them for 15-20 years......if not beleive kindly see the sad stories of employees who have been fired by these Top tech giants..

Truth is people should be made aware of the consequences of joining this type of companies...Nishant and this type of tubers just boast salary....people should love the type of work people do in their day to day project such a tech,work culture etc. ONLY SHOWING HIGH FIGURE SALARIES for views are not ideal.
@@debdeep1197 agree with you . All this MAANG shit comes on the market by these youtubers, few of them(not all) are lucky and got the offer from maang. What they did after joining the big Organization. created a youtube channel and posted the same shit which are already available on TH-cam .
The only thing they did is make the hype of MAANG instead of getting a good job(desired position, and good enough salary to live a balanced life).
