well explained .But I got into service based company and work culture is same as product based , working as a developer and if I complete my work even in an hour I am not asked to work 8-9 hours. :).Just wanted to share some projects in Service based companies are much similar to product based where we learn each day and grow. Not at all correct..This shows you have no experience of corporate. Service based companies also have development projects having learning curve and product based companies do have maintenance roles. Also, chaging teams in service based is far more easy than in product based company.
