u need to download marshmellow firmware from "sammobile.com" and after doing that,u need to extract that downloaded firmware. After extracting thay firmware in ur computer,u need to put ur mobile into downloading mode.After putting ur phone in downloading mode,use odin to transfer that downloaded firmware into ur phone

Muzafar Ul Zafar because it's rooted, you'll have to unroot the phone to get official updates.
