I wonder if a black light is needed
I would assume no, Alex has said that he wanted all of journal 3 to be put in black light but it was far too expensive. If they do black light, it will likely be for a special edition/select few. If I’m not mistaken they only made around 1,000 journal 3s with black light
I tried every page, unfortunately no Blacklight is needed. Oh well

Spoilers:
It’s revealed that while Bill’s body is destroyed, his spirit is still alive. It also reveals that the deal he made with the AXOLOTL ended up getting sent to a prison in the multiverse which its goal is to try and rehabilitate him (along with others such as the core from amphibia). In return for turning good: he can be reincarnated as a harmless creature and get a second chance at life. It also reveals he ultimately made the book in an attempt to break the fourth wall and get us to resurrect him so he could restart weirdmaggedon. The book ends with him saying that while he’s trapped for now, all it takes is one person to ultimately resurrect and free him.
The glitching is Bill's doing. This is my head canon.
Bill Cipher power scalers are gonna have a field day with this book and the Gravity Falls Multiverse is confirmed infinite right here if anyone is interested. 11:54

More important, it's not just an infinite multiverse but a Tegmark Type 4 multiverse. Not only is there infinite physical configurations of matter, but also infinite planes of metaphysics as well.

@@BillCipherandFreddyKreugerFan Nope, at best he would be universal+ in my OPINION since he doesn't really have much feats or statements but he does scale above Time Baby who can create Time Wishes that can warp reality and Bill did destroy the universe he originated from.
He also created a pocket dimension for Mabel is some dream bubble. Though he doesn't scale to his cosmology...YET because it's foreshadowing he could return then will see how much of a threat he is but he would still have to figure out how to get pass the weirdness barrier.

This book is another great example of Disney's virtual signaling, saying one thing but doing something completely contradictory behind everyone's back. There is one picture of Cipher doing an apology video while playing a xylophone, which is an obvious reference to Colleen Ballinger. This could be a sign that they stand with her victims, right? Well, here comes the virtual signaling: they invited her brother and sister-in-law to a Percy Jackson event, even having the stars appear in one of their videos. They are just as guilty as Colleen was; they participated too. However, Colleen took the majority of the blame and attention. Everyone in her family participated in the traumatization of children.
The people who worked on this book most likely had zero say in that event, that would be for event organizers while this is a whole different department. "Disney" is a huge company and they've been antagonistic to their own workers in the past, so show creators and story writers and artists cannot be expected to have a say in what the higher ups allow at their events

I know for most its easier to say "oh boohoo" and if that makes you happy thats fine but from ethical, youtube policy and legal standpoint this video should not exist.
