Fun fact: Indiana is the last state to implement option lanes on multi-lane exit ramps (where the outside lane is exit only, and the lane adjacent is a choice lane).
It is going to be a big change and some confusion as they add temporary lanes during construction. It is amazing how they can engineer and construct/reconstruct roadways while keeping the roadways open for daily use. The express lanes on I69 will greatly improve the traffic flow and congestion thru Castleton and Fishers.
They're doing all of this, but couldn't add an eastbound entry and northbound exit on the 75th st bridge? Omce you get on the highway you're stuck until you get to 82nd or Allisonville. The highway can never be "perfect" but they can definitely make it more convenient for the area as a whole.
I guess they figure it's unnecessary if you're talking about getting on at 56th and needed to get to 71st or 75th st they probably assume u would just take shadeland instead of 465 because they both run parallel to each other so there really would be no need to get on 465 and the same for if u needed to go south from 75th because if u are on the 75th bridge that means u are right by shadeland so u would just take shadeland and connect to 465 anyway
@@j317 I'm talking about the people who are already on the highway having to get off on shadeland needing to get to 75th or 71st. @jamesdeer3129yes I agree, they have it messed up everywhere. After they get done they will start working on it again because they screwed it up again.
465 on the east side is N/S bound up to I69 exit. Then it turns west/east bound until going west it would change to south bound about I65 or maybe it's I865 now.
