Hi Taras, Doesn’t require to remove the components protection on this model year also we used genuine tester for service immobiliser and programming. We use used cluster. Thank you
Morning great video just seen this video I have a question I took my cloister off cause the rpm wasn’t working try to put a different one and try to turn the car on but it didn’t so I put my old one back the car does turn on but I have a few lights that are blinking now like the abs the steering wheel light got the brake light and the vsm light are blinking but everything else works fine how can I remove the lights from blinking thnx your help would be appreciated
Hi, I tried to adapt two clusters on the same golf but it says key not found but the point is I didn't activate hazard flashers. Do I have to activate it? Then I adapt a brand new cluster and programming was succesful without turning on hazard lights. Regards

Hey guys! I don't know if I understood the chronological order correctly... Do I have to put in the old cluster first, and after ignition off I swap it to the new one? Or is it vice versa? So, in detail, is this one here correct? 1) with the old cluster installed, you start ODIS -> Body / Electrical System / Systems capable of self-diagnosis / Instrument cluster / Instrument cluster functions / Replace control module 2) perform the test + login online 3) turn off ignition and switch the old (broken) cluster with the new (functioning) cluster
Hi there, Sorry for the late response, Don't worry about old cluster If your replacing cluster with second hand one, its just recording data from old cluster. But if your replace with new cluster yes you need to put the old cluster and then new cluster, its because recording mileage into the new cluster through the odis process. But if your replacing second hand one you need to have mileage correction tool. Thank you.
Hi Roble, I have used which is dealership being use tester called onboard diagnostic system (ODIS), you can buy this from eBay or Aliexpress, but to do the coding and immobiliser you need to have login account. Thank you
Hi Sorry for the too late reply, Cannot do programming with any scanner, there are some scanners you can do advance programming, Autel, launch etc.. I haven’t use thinkdaig, you have to contact the manufacturer for more information about programming. Thank you
