Louis you may not have a purpose built studio but I honestly prefer the real atmosphere of a place/business. Not to mention your camera work/sound engineering is higher quality than a lot of the people I watch that have a "studio". The stream/videos wouldn't feel right in a sterile boring studio atmosphere without Paul or any of the others randomly throwing out banter at times :(.

We are used to cheap computers, but in some industries getting the best money can buy is imperative to have the leading edge. I dont disagree much w Louis but the landlord doesnt get even close to 7k. From what I understand NY state taxes are v high, they charge something like a wealth tax on property so unless you are the owner occupier you have to pay 4%++ of the property value in taxes yearly. That means between property taxes, local taxes, income taxes and corporate taxes etc, the landlord can expect to get around 30-40% of the rent before all the repairs, maintenance crap, building insurances comes in. So they arent really the baddies in this situation, just idiots like the rest of us.
So it's higher quality than any apple product because it isn't made by Apple
