I had a crescendo bass clef 6K. Korean built $1,200 amp. And it blew so I bought a Banda to use temporarily until I have my crescendo repaired. It sounded better than that damn bass clef. I sold that thing on eBay and jammed that Banda for a couple years. Great amp. $400

OK I'm sitting here with my mouth open! When the video started I said no way this does rated power. For 106 bucks I'm simply amazed! Banda for the win for doing power as promised!
Bruh, what did I just witness?? 😅 I have to say this is an amazing amp for the kiddos ballin on a budget to get their feet wet and start their car audio builds. Thanks for the content man!
The real shoutout here is to Infineon, for the incredible engineering that went into those ICs. Without them this amp wouldn’t exist. Infineon is THE cutting edge semiconductor company. And small ICs aren't even their specialty. Their specialty is BIG semiconductors. They make transistors bigger than that whole amp capable of switching several hundred thousand watts each and they’re used at power plants
You finally decided to test a Banda amplifier, I wasn't surprised to see the results that you received. Please you must test the Banda elite 4000.4 . I ordered the 4000.4 @ 1 ohm to south Africa, 2 years ago, performed the test using an oscilloscope and got 6400.4 @ 1 ohm (theoretical) which seems too good to be true but not entirely unbelievable. Please I need to know the actual power of this amplifier. The amplifier sounds amazing 🤯.
I'm using the amplifier with 8 high power mids and 4 titanium diaphragm super twitters. The amplifier barely gets warm. The longest play time is 9 hours continuously, the amplifier does not even get warm.

Big D, 3:50 man those RCA y-splitters look just like the ones you'd get from Radio Shack *WAY* back in the day. I know you know what I'm talking about. I still have 2 or 3 that still work.
It's amazing how powerful these little tiny amps can get. While it's not meant for it this thing is the perfect size for putting some decent power on a motorcycle or a Can-Am Spyder. You'd just have to install it in a weatherproof location so it doesn't get wet.
Yes I agree. I would like to see a 5k or 8k on the dyno bc they actually look half way decent and the price per watt is amazing please do a big mono block by banda. Like a banda viking 5k

Man this amp is really cool. The efficiency makes me want to put this in a portable picnic box build with a few 5¼s or 6½s and run it on a battery. It looks like i could probably get away with running just one and even add a sub to it. Well done Brazil 🤔
I'll admit, I was "Team No Fuse" once... I had a high current Zapco that kept popping its internal AGU 100 Amp. The amp was hard to get to and it was really inconvenient, and back then it was hard/impossible to find a standard size AGU in anything more than 100 Amp. So I became "Team cut the head off a bolt and use that instead" lol
I can't believe how much power that chip is putting out with no heat sink when you consider how hot the huge heat sinks on our old 600w amps from the 90s used to get. Amazing amp.

Would love to see you test an Atoto ca-aec01 or ca-aec02 amp, as the Atoto brand head units have been dyno'd and are quite popular being a high feature low cost option these days. Either way, with a 2-channel full range speaker set up, this will make blood come out of your ears. Nice to see a fan cooler on it. Great find, great dyno run, great video!

I have a Sharp Aquos TV from 15+ years ago. Actually two of them. You posted this video this morning and the amp was maybe $99. Then it jumped to $109. Less than 2 hours later it’s now at $129. Funny how fast Amazon recognizes opportunities to make extra money.
Only downside is the power terminals are smaller than they cable size it needs so you end up having to reduce your 10mm2 cable down to a 6mm2 as you have done.
These tiny Class D chips are used in a lot of audio devices such as home theater receivers. I can't say for sure but it's crazy impressive how you can obtain so much power in such a tiny footprint
hey good afternoon all I got a quick question how does folks get their sub to move like that I got two 10’s but they don’t move at all but they sound great I’m just curious is it power that moves the subs or something else
This amp is incredible for the $ and size. All that said Id really be interested to see how it holds up for an 8hr full tilt run. Not that it owes anyone given the $. But I worry it might explode if pushed long term.
I was thinking about upgrading the amp on one of my powered subs for some laughs and maybe have it even sound a bit better, was thinking to get one of the old school soundstream amps, but seeing the banda now it looks like a great option, but its pretty funny you chose one of the soundstreams to compare it to 😂

I appreciate all your work, but I don't understand why people recording something through a phone will give them a good idea of the amps quality. I think specs you test, along with maybe a frequency spec statement would do it.

Hmmmm Just might need to change up the amplifiers on one of my motorcycles I’ve been using two Taramps 800x4s These are a little smaller. Cooler colors And appears they do just a little bit more power
800 legit watts for a hundred bucks. Man, kids have it good, these days. And you'd be an idiot that hates having a working car if you didn't have this at least fused at the battery, anyway.

Will the amp do better or worse without the other channels loaded
I was sleepin' on this video cause I just purchased another amp and was kinda hating. Now that I watched the video I really am hating cause this thing is better. Kinda lol
That amp is the little engine that could!😏
For me the question is how long will it last. And how does it manage heat dissipation... impressive nonetheless.
I appreciate all your work, but I don't understand why people recording something through a phone will give them a good idea of the amps quality. I think specs you test, along with maybe a frequency spec statement would do it.
Is there any floor noise or high freq whine?
Even has a fan! Hey D, was it an exhaust or intake fan? and is the fan hole the only opening or is the case vented?
How about it pushing 4 8ohm tweeters in a passive sq budget oriented setup? Will she scream? 😅
i went stupid at 4 minute in.. its crazy what you forget when you have been gone 15 or 20 yrs..luckily i rewinded and watched again and it made sense lol...might be the vodka tho,its my day off!
Hmmmm
Just might need to change up the amplifiers on one of my motorcycles
I’ve been using two Taramps 800x4s
These are a little smaller. Cooler colors
And appears they do just a little bit more power
wonder if this would this make a good motorcycle amp? Have to hid the amp to keep it from getting wet.
Wow.
I don't know what else I could say lol.
Good job.
Make a great boat amp or semi truck, to run a 6x9s.
800 legit watts for a hundred bucks. Man, kids have it good, these days. And you'd be an idiot that hates having a working car if you didn't have this at least fused at the battery, anyway.
Checked earlier price was the same. Checked again 3 hrs later and now it’s $124
No 14.4 volt tests?
Is this smaller than the sd800.4?
Very impressive
I have no idea how a single terminal can be positive and negative at the same time for 2 different speakers
cant you bridge all 4 channels for a monoblock effect for 800w?
Yes, you could bridge\parallel 2 chips to make an 800w mono-block
A Banda Audioparts aqui no Brasil é sinônimo de qualidade. Mas os classe AB antigos…
Os classe D atualmente não tem uma sonoridade boa.
Very Impressive! I was thinking during the unboxing, there’s no way in Hell! Thanks for Sharing!
I think I'll get this to replace my current taramps ds440x4
7:31 subscribe so can this run two DS18 select 250w each single 4ohm wired down to 2ohm to this amp will out put 400w each speaker much appreciated a reply
800 watts of SLAYER!!!!! 😂
Consider my flabbers absolutely ghasted 😂
Will a D4S 1004mm 4 channel sound better then this?
Can't say for sure, but I'd go with the D4S myself.
@csj9619 i already got a ds4 from caraudiodirect's christmas sales
