Just a few more grams, try shaving off some weight in CAD by removing skrews & going with glue, also worth trying would be removing the servo case's(micro scale rc glider pilots do it all the time)
I think I simply need to redesign and reduce the the main rotor weights from 30+++grams to 20+grams because the main issue is brushless overload and losing torque when overheated , already order a 2808 900kv brushless (original design for 10 inch 19g propeller), not high power as this motor I think, too little information about it, but I guess it will be a bit better than a2212(could reach 1.3kg+ with oversized prop before it overheated and losing torque),should give me steady performance…too bad…I like overpowered stuff
@@tangwoonthai another idea would be to have a large capacitor for short flights, it would be heavy but the high voltage allows for stronger motors, smaller battery
@@tangwoonthai I am rooting for you! You could try and check how they have managed to solve the flying problem with this robot: th-cam.com/video/H1_OpWiyijU/w-d-xo.html (have you heard of it before? I do not like how it likes, but its performance and capabilities are amazing!)
Someday it will fly !

Yes, but I want it to hit the sky
