How to Fix printer sharing error on network

OMGG that worked my computer wont install L3250 printer on wifi, i just folllowed the steps and manually added the IP this is great help

Very good video! But I have a question, the local account where the USB printer is connected and shared I need to set "sharing files and printer with password" or not? Or I can left password protected sharing disabled in network options in advance centre network panel? I mean....I need only to put credential in client PC who whant use the pronter?
