Magical Girl powers are quite cool. It is literally an excuse to make characters do random nonsense without people questioning it. Cardcapture Sakura...That show is random. But I bought the Blu-Ray and comics. Might as well. The anime is extremely funny in a way I'm not sure they were aiming for.
You have to admit they look fairly cool. Especially Clayface, Harley Quinn and Peacemaker. Harley with the whips was akin to the version of her in the animated Flashpoint Paradox film. King Shark is like a Pokémon with the water attacks.
