Your fifth point is ridiculous and quite wrong, poor advice. And your sixth point is very much a grey area, especially for highly sought after candidates who know how to act when negotiating. Throwing yourself at an employer constantly, as you basically described, can weaken your salary negotiations etc if this is still on the table.
About 5th point: i am currently at the same position as student in top field engineering position along side with senior's. We work on 5G which is relativly new stream, for 5 years, but guess what ... Thing i learn now, when i struglle about som, i mostly dont get helping answers - they simply never bothered themselfs to learn it. They came from different communication fields 5 years ago, not hungry enough to "suicid3" on new topic. So maybe there is something in what the guy say about it.
Really like this type of content talking about hiring and not just keeping the channel solely focused on interviewing as a candidate.

if someone is super hungry for the role, I'm not saying to give it to them, but it's a factor.
