I had no idea Halloween could be this bright, colorful and fun!!! I'm seriously tempted to buy the paperpad and the cute stickers but we don't celebrate Halloween here so I don't really need the stuff to make the cards! But it does look soooooo adorable, I'm a bit in love!
Kallisto Indrani I’ve never been a big fan of making Halloween cards. But since I donate cards to a local retirement home, I make sure to include Halloween cards every October. Doodlebug’s paper collections are always bright and cheerful which is perfect since I won’t use the dark and scary papers. 😊

Well, I just got back from spending 5 days/4nights in Las Vegas with a mother/daughter trip, meeting up with my son and his future wife. So, it's time to catch up on your videos. I liked your cards you made with this pad. I see that you also used some different card sketch ideas, which I liked the one with the small rounded squares. Really fun cards with all the added characters.

Kristie - I just love your videos.... You use such a variety of products - do you ever do a purge of your stamps/dies? You mentioned in this video that most of your cards are donated to a nursing home.... Have you ever considered doing a mystery box with your older products and donating the proceeds??? Just curious -
Tami Elliott Thank you! Yes, I donate most of my cards. Many to a local retirement home. I include an uplifting message inside each card for the residents. Earlier this year I did do a little crafty destash using my Offer Up account. I still have a bunch of items leftover that I was thinking of trying a few mystery boxes. I’ll announce it on my channel when I get the boxes ready. 🙂

Littleun03 Thank you! I use a variety of different brands of cardstock. I list the brands/colors I have info on my coordinating blog post. (Link is in the description box.) I don’t know the weight on most of the cardstock though. I use a lot of Bazzill, Coredinations, and Darice since that’s what Joann’s carries. 🙂
Do you make your own cards bases? If so, what cardstock do you use? (and a link, if possible.)
Amanda Wallace Yes, I do make my own card bases. I purchase a full case of heavy weight cardstock from a local paper store and pay them to cut it all in half for card bases. Then I score and fold the paper at home. I just added a link in the description box for the paper I use. Accent Opaque Digital 100# cover weight cardstock. 🙂

Also, do you leave your cards blank inside and the people you donate to sign them and hand out?
Stacy C Aka Mams I write an uplifting message inside all the cards I give to the residents at the retirement home. Then the activity coordinator hands out the cards to the residents. 🙂

Stacy C Aka Mams Currently, Lizi’s peel offs are only available from her UK store. She does run a free shipping sale occasionally for peel offs orders. It’s always the perfect time to stock up. Her last sale was only a week ago. Bummer you missed it. I will always share the sale info on my TH-cam channel and my social media pages. 🙂
