    Morning! I get in from a 12 hour night shift at the mine, anticipating picking my girls up with zero sleep and Ivan has me up watching the mini fix build. Shower, coffee, and I’m in full on dad mode. Excellent build! Waiting on the follow up! 🇺🇸🗽🦅🇦🇹 ☕️

    I imagine that it's a super cool experience to watch something come together at the factory, and know it's yours. I was acquainted with a fellow who got to watch his Corvette get assembled at the factory. I've never experienced such a thing, but he said there's nothing like it, adding that everyone ought to have such an opportunity. Welcome to the club of the elite, of which I am not a member. Good video.

      I've heard about people getting cars as they come off the assembly line, I think that is pretty cool. The fact that Q offers customer build days is amazing too me. I think it is one of the coolest things in the industry.

    Wow! Ivan, I am very excited for this series. I now hunt vicariously via TH-cam due to severe arthritis. No complaints; just life. I grew up in the 50s when we literally ate upland game as our meat source. Mom rarely purchased meat until the freezer was low on quail, squirrel, and cottontail 😊. And yes, we walked to school, up hill both ways, in deep snow! 😆Well, we did walk.

    Q - "The fix is the most innovative bolt action ever" can't hit out to 500 yards. Big fix will maybe push 1000 accurately. $3300 is Extremely expensive for a "super innovative" bolt gun that drops way off after 700-800 yards. The mini is just a novelty toy for airsoft assassins. You can build a big bore bolt gun the way you want it for the same price as that gun alone and shoot to a mile.

  • @richardjohnson4696

    Why? They are expensive and you have a gun that is useless to swap parts with any other AR 15. That is the reason the AR 15 is such an awesome platform. Hell, I gave away guns to my family members that were problematic calibers and guns that were not interchangeable with the other guns I own.

    • @KitBadger

      @richardjohnson4696 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So what is the point of buying one of their guns?

    • @KitBadger
      @KitBadger  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      For starters, if you like it. People often overlook that most guns get bought because people just plain like them. Not because they are the "Best" at any given task. And people also overlook that it is perfectly fine to do that. Everyone is free to spend their money how they see fit. :)

    • @richardjohnson4696
      @richardjohnson4696 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I get that, but if you had a buddy ask you why you bought a gun, some explanation beyond " I just liked it" is usually in order. I get that many people buy stuff with zero clue what they are doing, or what they are buying. Being able to explain the cost difference between manufacturers and why one is a better way to go even though it is more expensive, that takes a little knowledge and it does help those who are looking to buy a gun and make the same good decision with their money.
      You were there, you have handled their product. If I ask you what you think and why it is a good decision to buy from them. Why is that a difficult thing for you to reply to?
      "You don't have to buy one", or "people just buy things because they like it". Why have a channel that shows guns if there is no working knowledge on your part?
