Kifu and his children are beautiful. They are so loyal and loving towards Damian. Watching this is really incredible because people and animals can be best friends and even part of our family.
It’s so heartbreaking how few of these magnificent creatures are left in the wild. 😢

Damian is amazing I watched where he sent his gorillas back to the wild, and thewholestoryiwas crying but happy tears,he is truly and 100000% doing what' his goal always was to return them to the wild,thankyou Damian,there is too many people making primates live miserable existence s,keep up the good and long hard work for the cause of primates,and animals.

Damien is alive but I don't know about the gorillas. They do have a long lifespan so they probably are
@shellos8 in the wild, gorillas can live up to 40 years while in captivity they live twice as long than in the wild because they don't get killed by poachers and are protected in sanctuaries and zoos.

Corrupt youtube keeps deleting my posts but i wrote before that when i last went there 18yrs ago me and my dad at the time was at the other end of the enclosure while everyone else and other gorillas at other end, the silverback was at the end with just me and my dad as we watched a silverback litteraly laughing at a man who was struggling to get his bycicle through a narrow doorway and we looked at eachother so shocked but it was awesome! 😂 i love these animals! ❤

it has always amazed me the awareness most animals have of our actual fragility, we humans aren´t sturdily built and from a dogs friendly bite to what we see in this video it´s quite astonishing how most animals can control their strength in order to avoid hurting us.

What I like about gorillas is that there’s a level of maturity they reach and become real chill , I would love to be friends with a gorilla
It's so interesting, most people are used to trusting animals whether they be cats or dogs but gorillas there is no chance you could fight them off. The connection this man has with this gorilla is based on trust that is as solid as iron.
It's truly like 2 really good friends hanging out on a Sunday watching the game or race, possibly have 1 or 2 beers, while the kids are playing/running through the house.....this stuff is AMAZING & IM JEALOUS, lol.

I remember seeing John Aspinall with a gorilla mum. She trusted him so much that she handed her baby to him to cuddle. He was then seen to wrestle with some huge males. Such an everlasting memory from my childhood. X 75yr old x

Yeah but they can weigh up even heavier, one in new york zoo was supposed to be 800lbs. Though I they exaggerated. 350lbs is huge by human standards tho not by gorilla ones.
