Japanese Garden Los Angeles

A brief tour of the Los Angeles Japanese garden. It is actually a part of the waste water management and the water in the area is in its final stage before release. At this wastewater facility treatment plant all of the solids are ground up and pumped / returned to another facility. There is a slight smell on the downwind side but the beauty of the gardens are worth it.
