    I made this pizza tonight. I had to adjust a couple of ingredients. I can’t get smoked blue cheese where I live nor could I get the same rub or bbq sauce. But I have a rub that I like and I have a barbecue sauce that I like so I used those. I baked in a gozney Roccbox. Spectacular pizza. I make a lot of pizzas. I like pizzas that have a theme so I don’t just throw everything on them. So, the theme tonight was jalapeño popper pizza. I have a wonderful garden so I picked the jalapeños out of my garden. All the herbs for the ranch dressing came from my garden. This pizza was amazing. Thank you for posting this recipe.

    Looks great! No joke about wearing gloves while cleaning the jalapeños. If that oil transfers from your fingers to your face or other parts- you won't forget it. Definitely don't toss the seeds/core into a garbage disposal either- you'll only do that one time. Ask me how I know. : ) Dish looks fantastic. Love poppers. Thanks for the vid!

    I would love to see a Chicago style pizza crust. With a disc of sausage (edge to edge). Maybe use your sausage gravy as the sauce

    Throw some Flour or cornmeal on the bottom of the crust or on the top of the spatula so the pie comes off easily in the oven when you’re putting it in.

      Semolina flour is the ticket, but it works even better to build the pizza on a wooden peel instead of a metal one. That was the real issue here. Only use the metal one to turn the pizza or remove it.
