It’s definitely 90+ percent gripping the bars too tight and not gripping with the legs enough. I have a bad habit or reverting to gripping to tight and arm pump creeps in every time
Lever position is a big one for me. Rolling them back so the hard base of your palm is resting on bars instead of rolled down hanging on with your fingers
Arena cross track or tight rough turn track constant on gas and breaks no long straightaways gas breaks turn gas no time too rest will improve ur arm pump u had days to rest those arms on that long track
hard to get arm pump with a track that smooth and that much air time to rest.
